Connemara Trinity Knot

This simple silver pendant is based on an ancient Celtic symbol known as the trinity knot or triquetra: a representation of the triple deities. The Great Mother, a lunar goddess the Celts worshipped which was associated with three phases of the moon.
It has been used to represent many different concepts throughout time – mind, body and soul; past, present and future; life, death and rebirth; creation, preservation and destruction; Father, Son and Holy Ghost; thought, feeling and emotion; earth, air and water. It is also used to symbolize eternity and equality.
The pendant is approx 36mm in diameter all sterling silver with three Connemara marble beads at the points of the knot. The chain is a silver plated cable available in a variety of lengths.
